Stephen Tregoning joined the business in 1997 and enrolled at Knuston Hall Thatching College. Following this he served his apprenticeship with Graham Viant before taking over the business in 2011.
Graham Viant who learnt with Sidney Williams, was enrolled at Knuston Hall Thatching College in Northamptonshire and started thatching in 1972.
In 2011 Stephen took over the business although Graham still has an active role in both a manual and advisory capacity.
Paul Goldsworthy joined Graham in the business in 1995. Paul has many roles in the business and is a dedicated and hard worker.
